Terma & Syarat
1) This competition is open to participants globally.
Pertandingan ini terbuka kepada semua peserta pada peringkat antarabangsa.
2) Age Groups

3) Registrations for the competition should be done by the 20th of May 2025. Late registrations will not be entertained.
Pendaftaran pertandingan harus dilakukan sebelum 20hb Mei 2025. Pendaftaran lewat tidak akan diterima.

- 30 & 31 May 2025 - South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, etc)
- 6 & 7 June 2025 - Americas (Canada, USA, Mexico, South America, etc)
- 27 & 28 June 2025 - Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, etc)
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, etc)
- East Asia, Central Asia, West Asia & Australasia (China, Japan, Korea, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Australia & New Zealand)
Grand Final: 10 July 2025

6) Decision of the judges will be final and no appeal will be entertained at any level.

8) Please read these Competition Guidelines carefully before your application. Registrations are only to be done via the official website (www.myicmf.org), before 20th May 2025. Late registrations will not be entertained.

• Participation in the competition implies that participants accept these rules. Non-compliance with the rules results in the automatic cancellation of the participation in the competition and of the candidacy for the prize.
Penyertaan peserta dalam pertandingan ini termaktub dengan persetujuan peserta akan peraturan dan syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh penganjur. Ketidakpatuhan terhadap peraturan boleh mengakibatkan pembatalan penyertaan secara otomatik dalam pertandingan dan pencalonan hadiah.
• Inaccurate or dishonest declarations, or any fraud, results in the participant’s disqualification.
Pengisytiharan yang tidak tepat atau tidak jujur, atau sebarang penipuan, boleh mengakibatkan peserta hilang kelayakan.
• The Organisers reserve the right to record, produce, print and broadcast the recordings of the competition. Participants have no rights to make any claims. The production is solely owned by the Organiser.
Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk merakam, menerbit, mencetak dan menyiar rakaman pertandingan. Peserta tidak berhak membuat sebarang tuntutan. Penerbitan adalah menjadi hak milik Penganjur.
• The Organiser assumes no liability in case the internet network, phone lines, or any reception tool dysfunctions and prevents the effective functioning of the competition.
Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya rangkaian internet, talian telefon, atau sebarang fungsi alat penerimaan tidak berfungsi dan menghalang perlaksanaan pertandingan yang berkesan.
• Moreover; its responsibility will not be engaged for problems related to the transport, reception or loss of mail or e-mail.
Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya peserta terlibat untuk masalah yang berkaitan dengan pengangkutan, peneriamaan atau kehilangan surat menyurat atau e-mel. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya berlaku kerosakan teknikal pada bahan / perisikan / peralatan yang mengpengaruhi data / rakaman peserta. Tiada pampasan yang boleh dituntut atas alasan ini.
• The Organiser will be able to, at any point in time, notably for technical reasons or for updates and maintenance, interrupt access to its website and the competition it contains.
Penganjur pada bila-bila masa, terutamanya akhibat teknikal atau untuk kemas kini dan penyelenggaraan, mengganggu akses ke laman webnya dan persaingan yang terkandung di dalamnya.
• The Organiser will in no case be responsible for these interruptions and their consequences. No compensation can be claimed on these grounds.
Pihak penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab keatas gangguan teknical dan akhibatnya. Tiada pampasan boleh dituntut atas alasan ini.
• The Organiser reserves the right to modify any aspect of the competition, including but not limited to rules, dates, prizes, and terms, at their discretion.
Pihak penganjur berhak untuk mengubah suai mana-mana aspek pertandingan, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada peraturan, tarikh, hadiah dan terma, mengikut budi bicara mereka.
